StressFree Bookkeeping consists of a team of staff who are dedicated to ensuring your bookkeeping and your accounts become online and as StressFree as possible. We have a talented team of qualified bookkeepers (ACA, FCA, ACCA, FCCA, AAT) and chartered accountants (ICACW, FCA/ACA), who are all Xero-certified who provide our bookkeeping service. We are UK-based, in Hampshire, however serve nationwide. No work is performed outside the UK. Our core management team consists of the following members.

Alex Robinson  Managing Director

Alex focuses on delivering the online aspect of our service, he mainly assists people with using Xero. Alex graduated from Oxford University with a Masters of Computer Science. Previously Alex has worked in top technology consultancy firms as well as leading technology start up companies. Alex spends all his spare time ballroom and latin dancing. Guy Robinson Financial Director

Guy focuses on providing the online bookkeeping service on Xero. Guy is a fully qualified chartered accountant with over 30 years’ experience. Guy has worked in the country’s leading accountancy firms such as PricewaterhouseCoopers and BDO. Guy’s passion is family- and owner-managed businesses, and as well as providing a full range of practical accountancy services, he most importantly acts as a business coach to help owners achieve their goals and objectives. He also specialises in providing this expertise to the not-for-profit and charity sector. In his spare time Guy likes to enjoy the great outdoors and loves hill walking. Karen Meadley  Business Development Director

Karen focuses on the administration of the business. A graduate of the University of Lancaster, Karen’s experience encompasses organisations as diverse in operation and objectives as Marks and Spencer and the National Health Service. Most recently she was business development manager for a top 10 firm in their domain. In her spare time Karen is a Commissioner with Girlguiding UK and volunteers with the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Scheme.
